I love Winter Term

Hello! My name is Maya Bennardo, and I am a junior at Oberlin College studying violin in the Conservatory. Every January Oberlin students get to pursue a personal project either on the frigid, barren campus or away from it. For the past two years I have been on campus, but this year I decided to delve into the art of baking in my little, cozy kitchen at home in Toledo, OH. Every day I will be baking a different treat from around the world. At the moment I have recipes from France, Italy, Holland, Germany, Lebanon, and traditional American desserts.
